Warranty

Buyer agrees that products sold by Arihant Industrial Corporation Limited carry the following warranty:

• PLAYTime — limited 1-year (12 months) warranty against manufacturing defects only, beginning on our Invoice date
• SignaturePLAY— limited 2-year (24 months) warranty against manufacturing defects only, beginning on our Invoice date
• Rubber Flooring — limited 1-year (1 2 months) warranty against manufacturing defects only, beginning on our Invoice date

This above limited warranty includes only repair or replacement of parts (warranted for the balance period) and not including

• Normal and/or climatic wear & tear
• Overuse, abuse, mishandling, vandalism, negligence
• Cosmetic items (such as scratches, dents, marring, lading, discoloring,)

For maintaining the quality of your products, and elongating their life we recommend:

• Conduct regular visual safety checks
• The product is cleaned regularly
• Ensure no pointed shoes, clothes, objects are in contact with the product
• Install a shade over the products for protection
